“All Hands On” Regenerative Land Stewardship Program
The purpose of our “All-Hands-On” Program is to support land managers, landowners, and landscape designers to implement regenerative principles and practices while helping to achieve regional climate goals.
Workshops
These workshops are specifically designed for land managers, landowners, and landscape designers to implement regenerative principles and practices.
These one-day courses feature experienced facilitators and are focused on specific topics such as:
Compost and Nutrient Cycling
Plant Propagation
Nursery Development
Land Planning
Each workshop will allow for in-depth experiential learning in service of a seasonally appropriate, hands-on project that puts principles into action.
Participants will be invited to learn new concepts and skills, develop their network of land stewards, and bring back to their land new practices that support ecological function.
Community Field Days
From Spring to Fall, our Land Stewardship team offers experiential tours to our broader community at The Center for Regenerative Agriculture at Jalama Canyon Ranch.
Guests discover innovative ways we are increasing biodiversity, building soil, supporting a healthier water cycle, and improving climate stability across 1,000 acres—experiencing firsthand what a thriving, regenerative food system can look and feel like.
Field Days consist of a walking tour through the ranch's pastures, vineyard, and native oak woodlands. Afterward, guests gather at basecamp for light bites of delicious products from the ranch and our food brand Figure Ate.
These are family-friendly events! Suggested donation of $25 per adult.
